'Darnall Well Being' has been up and running for 7 years, it has a board of local residents, regular steering group meetings, and annual reports.  The Chair of the Darnall Well Being Group is Dr Jack Czauderna who has been a GP in Darnall for many years.

One of the main projects for Darnall Well Being was putting together a bid for the New Opportunities Fund to build a Healthy Living Centre. The 2nd stage bid has now gone in and we should hear whether we have been successful in April. The bid was for £1,000.000.

In the meantime work has being going on in the community setting up lots of activities in Darnall.
