Welcome to Darnall Well-Being’s (DWB)’s website. DWB’s aim is to ‘help Darnall people to stay healthy’. To do this we run a variety of activities which can help to improve people’s physical and emotional wellbeing.

Help with Having a Healthy 2010
It’s the start of a new year, and the time of resolutions to eat more healthily, do more exercise and give up smoking. However sometimes good intentions are not so easy to putin practice, and if you are struggling with keeping on track (like we are) then DWB can help.
